Many items are made to order and an estimated lead time for delivery will be shown on the product page. Whilst we endeavour to ensure these lead times are as accurate as possible, they are only an estimate and Squire Furnishings cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control.

DELIVERY


No, unless the total amount of the order is less than £500. Please visit our delivery page for more information of charges on deliveries less than this.


All heavy items of furniture, such as: sofas and chairs, wardrobes, divan bed sets; are delivered by a two-man delivery team, to the room of your choice. Lighter items of furniture, such as: occasional furniture, bedside chests, roll up mattresses; are delivery to your doorstep.


Yes, on most beds and upholstery orders we can arrange for your old furniture to be recycled for an additional charge. On orders were this is possible, there will be an option during checkout to recycle your furniture.

PAYMENT


We accept online payment by credit or debit card. Payment cards accepted include Mastercard, Visa, Delta and Maestro.


If your order value is £750 or over you can select the option at the checkout to pay a 20% deposit only, the balance to be payable just prior to delivery. All orders under £750 require payment in full at the time of ordering

CUSTOMER SERVICE


n the unlikely event that one of your items has arrived damaged, please contact us straight away on 01507 441005 so we can advise you. Often for minor problems we can arrange for furniture to be repaired in your home, minimising any disruption.


In the event that your furniture develops a fault, please email us or call on 01507 441005 so we can advise you. If your furniture is covered by a manufacturer’s guarantee or warranty we will liaise with them to resolve the fault as quickly as possible.
